Potential Telephone Phishing Scam - June 19, 2009

We have been notified by several of our members of an apparent telephone scam. Cumberland County Federal Credit Union members have reported receiving phone calls stating that their debit card needs to be activated.

These calls are not being made by Cumberland County Federal Credit Union. We recommend that you do not give any information to these callers and call your financial institution immediately if you receive one of these phone calls.
